Is Human resource is our greatest asset

As India celebrated its 57th Republic Day....my minds traces what has india got to çhange from "Emerging power" to "Super power" ?

Its population ?? Is it weakness of india? or Is it our gretest asset ?

well i would say any medicine over the required dose would not cure the problem, but itself creates new problems!!

India is still needs to gear up and cover lot of journey to be in the race of next super power,

India's race is with third world countries like china and brazil who got the similar potential interms of 'Population'.

so Should we expand our population, produce more and more people?

No, vision is to have a population as 'Resource',

Every Indian, should sense and realize that the next generation should be an kind of resource to the rest of the world,

Education to every individual should be made available, its the only way we can build the real resources.

The government should concentrate on rural and sub-urban areas , educating people with basic things , moral responsibilities towards the country.

The standards of education should be raised and Every child from the age 7 to 17 should be in educated for being a honest citizen

India requires more and more visionary in every platform like APJ , Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Manmohan singh , Rangarajan, Kiran bedi, Dhanraj pillai.

Strengthening the Education roots can only produce visionaries like these.,

The world needs leaders from India for spearheading the Information Age and Knowledge and Wisdom Ages to follow.

I would dream a day when World should celebrates Diwali, as all the resource is on holiday !!! (countries declare holiday for diwali)

Surely Human resources will be the greatest asset of india.,

In summary,

we should

1.control our population

2. Educate every citizen.,

Making us the Most Resource rich Country in the world, and thereby will rise Standards of Living in coming generations,

Yes the we can celebrate the 100th Republic day with more pride and resource might
